Relax At The Brew House
Our place is a 2 minute drive from the “Prettiest Town in Canada”, Goderich, Ontario.
It is a 1400sq ft, fully furnished, space for people to enjoy. The kitchen, dining area, 2 piece bath, small living room/ fireplace, and full laundry (free) are located on the main level. The second level offers a large living room with seasonal river views and street views. There is an extra table and chairs, ideal for playing games. The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the 2nd level.

The space
There is a curved staircase to the second level. Not suitable for persons with mobility issues. Part of the outdoor yard is under renovation.
There is a flat screen tv in the upper living room and in the master bedroom.
There is a smaller flat screen tv in the living/kitchen area on the main floor.
Guest access
Full access to the vacation home.
Full access to a washer and dryer, free of charge.
Other things to note
Free parking onsite located right beside the entry door.
Keyless entry with a personalized code.
TV entertainment is provided by Shaw Direct satellite (a package with popular channels for both adults and children).
You must also acknowledge
Must climb stairs – One flight, curved staircase with railing. Both bedrooms and bathroom with shower/tub located on the second level.

“My wife and I purchased this property/business in the fall of 2017. It is located in Saltford (a small hamlet 1km from Goderich). The business is a beer and wine U-Brew with a separate, completely renovated, furnished apartment. We are currently renovating the backyard living space, however, there are several parks and beaches very close for you to enjoy in the meantime. I have an agricultural background and my wife works in the medical field. We have traveled and stayed at vacation rentals and B&B’s and enjoyed the home-style atmosphere. I enjoy meeting people and look forward to offering a comfortable place for vacationers to spend their time at.”

Short walk to the Maitland River and the Maitland Trail for hiking and biking. Many popular restaurants and grocery stores (Zehrs/Walmart/Food Basics) are located within a 2-5 minute drive from our place. There are 5 pharmacies located in town as well.

Larry’s The Brew House was truly a gem – very clean, spacious, and close to everything (with a vehicle) just like how it was described on the listing. The area felt very private and safe, with the beach and downtown just 5-6 minute drive! We also loved your tea collection and thank you Larry for a nice bottle of red wine – it was truly a sweet gesture.
Larry’s place was great and spacious in a good neighborhood and close to everything we needed in Goderich. Clean and tidy and super nice guy and very accommodating.Would recommend.
